Results that read like they were written for one person.

Save any answer as a variable and use it in later titles, results, offers and buttons. Combine it with paths to show a different result to each group.

Quick answer

What is a personalized quiz result?

A personalized quiz result is an outcome page built from the visitor’s own answers: their name in the headline, the goal they picked in the plan description, and an offer that matches their situation. InteractiveFunnel personalizes results in two ways: answer variables, which insert a saved answer into any later text, and paths, which send each group to its own result step.

  • Save any answer with “Save answer as” and reuse it as {{name}}, {{goal}} or any name you choose
  • Fallbacks like {{name|friend}} so text never shows up empty
  • Works in titles, subtitles, answers, lists, loader messages and buttons
  • The builder only offers answers from earlier steps
Result title
{{name}}, your 28-day plan is ready
{{name}}{{goal}}{{zones}}
Ana, your 28-day plan is ready Built for your goal: lose weight · Focus: belly and arms
How it works

Set it up in three steps.

  1. Name the answer

On any question, set “Save answer as”, for example name, goal or zones.

  2. Insert it later

Type the variable in a later title or pick it from the chips in the editor: “{{name}}, your 28-day plan is ready”.

  3. Branch where the result changes

When whole sections of the result differ, give each group its own path and result step.

Variables for words, paths for content

If only a word changes, such as the goal in a headline, a variable is enough. If the plan, the product or the offer changes, use a path so each group lands on a result written for it.

Most strong results use both: a path chooses the right result, and variables make it personal.

Safe by design

The variable picker only lists answers collected in earlier steps, so a result can’t reference a question the visitor never saw. Add a fallback with a pipe, like {{name|friend}}, for optional questions.

Preview mode walks through every path and shows which answers and variables each step receives.

Personalize before the result, too

Variables work anywhere after the answer is given. Use them in follow-up questions (“How much time can you give your {{goal}} plan each day?”), in the analysis loader and on the email step.

Examples

Where teams use it.

Headline

“Ana, your plan focuses on stress and sleep”, built from {{name}} and a multi-select answer.

Product result

A skincare quiz that ends on a different routine for each skin type, with the visitor’s concern in the subtitle.

Offer

A button that reads “Start my {{goal}} plan” instead of a generic “Continue”.

Loader

“Matching recipes to your goal: {{goal}}” while the analysis bars fill.

Good to know

  • Variables insert answers as text. They do not calculate scores or totals.
  • Results are built as steps in the builder; InteractiveFunnel does not generate result copy automatically.

Questions, answered.

Can I show a different result for each answer?
Yes. Branch on the answers that change the outcome and end each path on its own result step. Use variables inside each result for the details.
What happens if a visitor skips an optional question?
Use a fallback, like {{name|friend}}. The fallback text shows when the answer is empty.
Can I personalize the button that goes to my checkout?
Yes. Buttons accept variables, and any button can link to an external URL such as your checkout or product page.
Do personalized answers reach my CRM?
Yes. Every answer is stored with the lead, exported in the CSV and sent in webhook payloads on Enterprise.
